Pastor Robert B. Rogish was born on November 2, 1964 in Aliquippa, PA and attended Bethel Christian School there.  After graduating from high school he attended Bob Jones University where he received a Ministerial Training Degree, Associate of Applied Arts (AAA) in 1987. 

As a student at Bob Jones University he began dating Deborah Thomas, whom he had met at Living Water's Bible Camp in Graysville, PA prior to graduating high school.  They were married on June 22, 1985 and on November 18, 1989 the Lord blessed them with their daughter Rachel Ann.

He was ordained on May 6, 1988 at Independent Baptist Church, Greenville, SC.

Pastor Rogish has served The Lord in several areas since graduating BJU among which was to serve as Executive Director of Bible to Youth Camp in Mt. Union, PA and pulpit supply in Fundamental churches in Central PA.  He has pastored Fellowship Baptist Church in Chester, WV, Shade Gap Bible Church in Shade Gap, PA and most recently Calvary Bible Church in Westminter, MD.

On April 1, 2005 he began his ministry at Faith Fellowship Baptist Church, where he was called by a unanimous vote of the membership.
