Hymn of the Month
Each month in 2013, we will be learning a hymn together. Some will be from our hymnal but songs we are generally unfamiliar with, and others will be songs that are entirely new to our congregation. Here we will list each hymn and, as applicable, a link to information about the song or to a PDF of the song itself.

As other means of enhancing our worship, during each Wednesday night service we discuss together the text of a song, usually one we sing that evening or that is on the schedule to be sung the next Sunday. We also are very intentional in the songs we select to have the congregation sing together, taking into account the text of the song, whether the tune is enduring and singable for the average congregant, and how the songs work together to cohere to the theme of that day's service.
